Memory Matters- Older Adults

Provides health care in patients homes, care homes or hospital.

Any aged adult experiencing memory problems, dementia, age related depression and psychosis.

Psychotherapy

Provides a range of psychological interventions depending on particular needs and ability to engage in treatment.
